A bill to amend Public Law 874, Eighty-first Congress, to provide that children of parents employed on Federal property who attend school in a State contiguous to the State in which such property is situated may be counted for purposes of determining the aid entitlement of the local educational agency having jurisdiction over such school, and for other purposes.
