A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, and the Public Health Service Act, as amended, to provide for adjustments in the benefits afforded participants in the Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship Program.

Increases the stipend for individuals participating in the Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship Program.

Amends the Public Health Service Act to make former members of such program who have completed all obligated service in one of the military departments eligible for special grants under such Act to engage in private practice in a health manpower shortage area.
