A bill to amend the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 to provide that such Act shall not apply to employers, including farming operations, having twenty-five or fewer employees.

Amends the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 to exclude from the definition of employer under such Act employers of 25 or fewer employees during any consecutive six month period in the most recent complete fiscal year.
