A joint resolution to extend the public debt limit through June 30, 1980 and to disapprove the imposition, effective March 15, 1980, by the President of fees on the importation of crude oil and gasoline.

Extends the temporary increase of the public debt from May 31, 1980, to June 30, 1980.

Disapproves the President's imposition of import fees on petroleum and petroleum products pursuant to the Trade Expansion Act of 1962.
