A joint resolution to provide for the issuance in the year 1980 of a commemorative postage stamp in honor of the one hundred and fiftieth anniversary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Directs the Postmaster General to issue in the year 1980 a special postage stamp in honor of the 150th anniversary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for the contribution made by the Mormons to American life. Declares that such stamp shall display the face of Joseph Smith, founder of the Mormon Church.
