Makes an additional $13,285,000 available for salaries and expenses for the Selective Service System, by transfer from unobligated balances available for Military Personnel, Air Force, for fiscal year 1980. Stipulates that none of the funds made available by this resolution shall be used: (1) to draft any individual for military service, or (2) for the production of any Selective Service form used for classification which does not permit the registrant to state any conscientious objection to war in any form.
