Constitutional Amendment - Establishes a single six-year term of office for the President, the Vice President, and Members of the Senate and the House of Representatives. Prohibits any person who has filled a vacancy in the office of President or as a Member of Congress for a period exceeding three years from being elected to a full term in such office. Prohibits any person who has served as President from being elected to the office of Vice President.
Exempts the President and Vice President in office at the time of the ratification of this amendment from its provisions. Declares that the provisions limiting Members of Congress to one term of office shall apply to terms to which a person is elected after ratification of this amendment.
