Constitutional Amendment - Declares that the term of office of the President and Vice President shall be six years, and no person shall be elected to the office of President or Vice President more than once. Declares that no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than three years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of President.
