A joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution relating to the continuance in office of judges of the Supreme Court and of inferior courts.

Constitutional Amendment - Limits the term of office of a Justice or judge of the United States to six years after: (1) such person took office; (2) the Senate last consented to such person's continuance in office; or (3) the ratification of this Article, whichever last occurs.
