H.J.Res. 160 — A joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to change the terms of office for the President, the Vice President, and Members of Congress, and to establish a ten-year term of office for Federal judges.

Constitutional Amendment - Prohibits a person from serving as a Representative for more than 13 years or as a Senator for more than 15 consecutive years.

Establishes a six year term of office for the President and Vice President. Prohibits any person from serving a term as President or Vice President if at the end of such term such person would have served or acted as the President or Vice President for periods aggregating more than nine years.

Establishes a single 15 year term of office for Federal judges, and Supreme Court Justices.
