A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress that, consistent with the spirit of the Olympic Games (to be held in Moscow in the summer of 1980), the Soviet Government should put an end to the oppression of Jews in the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

Expresses the sense of Congress that the Soviet Union should end its policies of discrimination against Jews.

Declares that the U.S. Olympic Committee and the International Olympic Committee should ensure that the participation of Israel in the 1980 summer Olympics is not hindered by the Soviet Union or any other nation.
