Authorizes the printing as a House of Representatives document of a revised edition of "The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America.
Directs the printing of 278,000 additional copies of which 221,500 copies shall be for the use of the House of Representatives, 51,500 copies for the use of the Senate, and 5,000 copies for the use of the Joint Committee on Printing.
