A concurrent resolution disapproving certain regulations submitted to the Congress on April 3, 1980, with respect to the Education Division General Administrative Regulations authorized under the General Education Provisions Act and the statutes that authorize the programs covered by such regulations.

Disapproves the final regulations submitted to the Congress on April 3, 1980, entitled "the Education Division General Administrative Regulations" and promulgated under the General Education Provisions Act and the statutes that authorize the programs covered by such regulations, on the grounds of their inconsistency with such Act.

Returns such regulations to the Commissioner of Education to be modified or otherwise disposed of as provided under such Act.
