Expresses the sense of Congress that: (1) the United Nations should consider the expansion of the present U.N. peacekeeping force into sensitive sections of Lebanon; and (2) the Arab deterrent force should issue a declaration of intent to withdraw its troops from such sections upon placement of the U.N. force.
