A concurrent resolution pertaining to the methods used on animals in research.

Expresses the sense of Congress that the Federal Government should take steps to develop new research methods to complement or eliminate current methods involving the direct or indirect use of animals, and that no Federal funds should be provided for research projects involving the use of animals if other methods can be successfully substituted.
