A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress with respect to the 1980 Summer Olympic games.

Expresses the sense of Congress: (1) that the International Olympic Committee (IOC) should relocate the 1980 summer Olympic games, if Soviet troops are not withdrawn from Afghanistan; (2) that the United States should withdraw from such games, if they are not relocated; and (3) that the IOC should take action to establish a permanent site for future Olympic games in Greece.
