A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress with respect to the Olympic games.

Urges the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to transfer or postpone the 1980 summer Olympic games until Soviet troops are withdrawn from Afghanistan.

Expresses the sense of Congress that: (1) the United States and other nations should not participate in such games, if the IOC does not transfer the games; and (2) the IOC should establish permanent sites for the Olympic games.
