A concurrent resolution to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to provide for the commemoration of the efforts of Goodloe Byron to protect the Appalachian Trail.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to encourage the Appalachian Trail Conference, in cooperation with the State of Maryland, to design and erect at a location along the Maryland segment of the Appalachian Trail an appropriate marker in commemoration of the contributions of Goodloe Byron toward the protection of the Trail.
