A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress that the President should extend recognition to a future, free Cuban Government in exile.

Expresses the sense of Congress that the President should: (1) recognize the proposed democratically elected Cuban government in exile as the legitimate government of the Cuban people; and (2) refrain from extending any privileges of a legitimate government to the Communist Government of Cuba.
