A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress supporting and encouraging the President's efforts to encourage all nations to increase aid and resettlement assistance to Indochinese refugees, and requesting the Attorney General, in conjunction with these efforts, to substantially increase the number of Indochinese refugees paroled into the United States.
