A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress with respect to the Baltic States.

Requests the President to instruct the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations to demand that: (1) the U.N. enforce its charter provisions guaranteeing self-determination; (2) the Soviet Union be made to withdraw Soviet troops from the Baltic States; and (3) internationally supervised free elections be guaranteed for the Baltic States. Requests the President to support such actions.
