Authorizes the Committee on Finance of the Senate to make expenditures from the contingent fund of the Senate, and to employ personnel in holding hearings and making investigations authorized by the Legislative Reorganization Act and in accordance with rule XXV of the Standing Rules of the Senate. Sets limits on amounts and types of expenditures.
