A resolution designating the number of Senators on the Committee on the Budget, Committee on Rules and Administration, and Committee on Veterans' Affairs.

Amends rule XXV of the Standing Rules of the Senate to: (1) remove the District of Columbia and Post Office and Civil Service Committees from that group of standing committees upon which no Senator may serve on more than one; and (2) adds the Budget Committee to such group, specifying that such Committee shall have 16 members.
