A Resolution waiving section 402 (a) of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 with respect to consideration of S.50.

Waives certain requirements of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 with respect to the consideration of S. 50 (Full employment), provided that the following provisions are deleted: (1) that portion of the bill which would revise the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974; (2) that section which would include new matters in the Economic Report of the President causing intrusion into and duplication of the jurisdiction of the standing committees of Congress; (3) those provisions which would revise the existing relationships between certain Committees; and (4) those provisions which amend existing congressional rules and procedure concerning votes in favor of unemployment and inflation goals.
