A resolution to authorize Senator Harrison A. Williams, Jr. as Chairman of the Committee on Human Resources to provide certain materials of the Committee with respect to an investigation of health maintenance organizations in the State of California.

Authorizes Senator Harrison A. Williams, Jr., as Chairman of the Committee on Human Resources, in response to a request by the Attorney General of the United States, to furnish the Attorney General documents, work papers, financial records, and other similar papers in the possession of the Committee collected between 1971 and 1975, and relating to the investigation of health maintenance organizations in the State of California.
