A resolution authorizing the production of certain materials and the giving of testimony in the cases of United States v. Robert Berrellez and United States v. Edward J. Gerrity, Jr.

Authorizes certain Members of Congress and Senate employees to testify in the cases of U.S. v. Robert Berrellez and U.S. v. Edward J. Gerrity, Jr. with respect to information secured in the performance of their official duties. Authorizes the production of certain congressional materials for use in such cases.
