Declares the Senate condemnation of the barbarous and inhuman acts against the people of Cambodia by the Communist government of Cambodia. Expresses the sense of the Senate that the President should: (1) call upon all countries to condemn the government of Cambodia; (2) urge other governments to try and end the inhuman conduct of the government of Cambodia; and (3) direct the permanent representative of the United States to call upon the United Nations General Assembly to condemn and impose the appropriate sanctions against the government of Cambodia.
