A resolution relating to recommendations of the temporary Select Committee to study the Committee System.

Authorizes the Committee on Rules and Administration to consider through April 19, 1977, the recommendations of the Temporary Select Committee to study the Committee System.

Directs the majority and minority leaders to establish permanent assignments to the standing committees and to fill the vacancies on select, special and joint committees.
