Marston as United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Establishes a Senate Select Committee on the Removal of David W. Marston to conduct an investigation and study of the extent, if any, to which illegal, improper, or unethical activities were engaged in by any person in the termination of David W. Marston as United States Attorney for the eastern district of Pennsylvania.

Authorizes the expenditure of funds, not to exceed, $350,000, for such investigation.
