A resolution relating to conferees on the part of the Senate.

Amends rule XXVII of the Standing Rules of the Senate to establish procedures to permit the conduct of business by the Senate conferees of a committee of conference when the number of such conferees does not constitute a majority of the appointed Senate conferees.

States that a majority of the appointed Senate conferees must be present to agree on the final text of a conference report.
