Resolution to amend Rule III, Rule XV, and Rule XXVII of the Standing Rules of the Senate relative to the reading of amendments to the Journal, the reading of amendments when submitted for Senate consideration, and reading of conference reports when submitted for consideration, respectively.

Amends rule III of the Standing Rules of the Senate with respect to the reading of and amendments to the Journal.

Amends rule XV of the Standing Rules of the Senate to allow waiver of the reading of amendments when submitted for Senate consideration.

Amends rule XXVII of the Standing Rules of the Senate to allow waiver of the reading of conference reports when submitted for consideration.
