Amends Senate Resolution 78 (Expenditures by Senate committees) to increase to $265,000 the total amount which may be expended by the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources for hearings and investigations, and to increase to $32,000 the amount which may be used for the procurement of consultants.
