A resolution relating to a Study on tax policy towards the transportation industry.

Directs the Senate Committee on Finance to study and make recommendations to the Senate within two years concerning the benefits, effects and most appropriate forms of tax incentives and revenue measures needed to expand, improve, and advance the commercial transportation system of the United States.
