A joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States with respect to the number of terms of office of Members of the Senate and of the House of Representatives.

Constitutional Amendment - States that no person who has been elected to the Senate two times shall be eligible for further service in the Senate.

Provides that no person who has been elected to the House of Representatives seven times shall be eligible for election to the House.
