A joint resolution proposing an an amendment to the Constitution of the United States with respect to the number of terms of office which members of the Senate and the House of Representatives may serve.

Constitutional Amendment - States that no person may be elected to the Senate for more than two full terms or serve more than 14 years as a Senator.

Provides that no person may be elected to the House of Representatives for more than seven full terms or serve more than 15 years as a Representative.
