A concurrent resolution relating to the placing of a statue of Martin Luther King, Jr., in the Capitol.

Authorizes the Joint Committee on the Library to procure a bust or statue of Martin Luther King, Junior, and to cause such sculpture to be placed in a suitable location in the Capitol.

Authorizes appropriations of not more than $25,000 to carry out this concurrent resolution.
