A concurrent resolution providing for a review of the U.S. Employment Service.

Directs the United States Employment Service, through its central and State offices, to direct its resources toward assisting those groups traditionally suffering high unemployment.

Directs Congress to review the Wagner-Peyser Act and other legislation pertinent to Federal employment services.
