A bill to authorize the appropriation of $12.4 million for rehabilitation and resettlement of Enewetok Atoll, Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands.

Authorizes $12,400,000 to be appropriated for rehabilitation and resettlement of Enewetak Atoll, Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands. Provides for set offs against awards made to Micronesians for use and occupancy payments and costs of clean-up, rehabilitation and resettlement.
