Gutzon Borglum National Historic Site Act - Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to contract with the State of South Dakota to purchase the Gutzon Borglum ranch and studio in South Dakota to be established as the Gutzon Borglum National Historic Site, and administered by the State of South Dakota. Establishes a Gutzon Borglum Memorial Committee to consult with the State of South Dakota on the administration of such site.
