A bill to enlarge the Sequoia National Park in the State of California by adding to such park the Mineral King Valley area, to provide for certain planning respecting the management of such addition.

Adds the Mineral King Valley, presently designated as the Sequoia National Game Refuge, to Sequoia National Park, California.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire land within the exterior boundaries of the area added to the park by this Act and allows the owner of improved property acquired by the Secretary to retain a right of use and occupancy for a specified period. Requires the Secretary to report to Congress on such acquisitions within three years following the date of enactment of this Act and to submit the comprehensive management plan to Congress within two years.
