An Act to declare that all right, title, and interest of the United States in two thousand seven hundred acres, more or less, are hereby held in trust for the Paiute and Shoshone Tribes of the Fallon Indian Reservation and Colony, Fallon, Nevada, to promote the economic self-sufficiency of the Paiute and Shoshone Tribes, and for other purposes.

Declares all right, title, and interest of the United States in approximately 2,700 acres are being held by the United States in trust for the Paiute-Shoshone Tribes of the Fallon Indian Reservation and Colony, Nevada.

Entitles the Tribes to the revenues reserved by the United States from specified uses of such land.

Directs the Fallon Paiute and Shoshone Tribes Business Council or the Secretary of the Interior to acquire the right to the use of water appurtenant to allotted lands within the Reservation.

Declares that such water rights shall be held in trust by the United States for the Reservation. Provides that nothing in this Act shall be construed to permit the transfer of water rights from existing lands to lands added to the reservation by this Act.

Directs the Council or the Secretary to acquire lands within the boundaries of the Reservation for certain purposes.

Directs the Secretary to give priority to: (1) the improvement of irrigation water in the Reservation; (2) the construction of canal and irrigation works to deliver water to irrigable acres in the Reservation; and (3) the subjugation of up to 1,800 acres for agricultural purposes.
