Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to enter into agreements with the Cherokee, Chickasaw and Choctaw Nations of Oklahoma, individually or collectively, for the use, purchase, or lease by the United States of the rights of such nations in the Arkansas Riverbed.
Requires any lease or purchase agreement to provide for payment to such nations of not less than the appraised value of the property rights involved.
Authorizes to be appropriated not more than an aggregate of $177,000,000 for the purpose of this Act.
