A bill to revise the payment of compensation to widows and widowers of certain deceased Federal employees.

Permits the surviving spouse of a Government employee who died from an injury sustained in the performance of duty, whose survivor's compensation was terminated because of remarriage, to have such compensation restored on the day the remarriage is dissolved by death, divorce, or annulment, if any lump sum paid on termination of such compensation is repaid.

States that if such subsequent marriage ends due to death of the second spouse from a government service-connected injury so that under present law and this Act the surviving spouse is entitled to two such annuities, such survivor shall be entitled to an annuity in the amount of the higher of the two annuities.
