A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to shorten the marriage duration requirements for eligibility for benefits for a divorced wife.

Amends Title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) to decrease from 20 to 10 the number of years a divorced woman must have been married to an insured individual in order for her to qualify for wife's or widow's benefits on his wage record.
