Authorizes the President of the United States to present, on behalf of the Congress, a gold medal of appropriate design to Lieutenant General Ira C. Eaker, United States Air Force, in recognition of his career as an aviation pioneer and Air Force leader.
Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to cause duplicates in bronze of such medal to be struck and sold in a prescribed fashion.
