A bill to include unpledged deposits in the Bank of North Dakota, maintained by any financial institution which is a member of a Federal home loan bank, or is an insured institution as defined in section 401(a) of the National Housing Act, as assets for purposes of meeting the liquidity requirements under section 5A(b) of the Federal Home Loan Bank Act (12 U.S.C. 1425a(b)).
