A bill to amend the Tariff Act of 1930 to exempt from duties and taxes supplies for certain additional classes of vessels.

Amends the Tariff Act of 1930 to exempt from customs duties and internal revenue tax, supplies for certain classes of domestic and foreign vessels including ocean drilling vessels, ocean mining vessels, oceanographic research vessels, and cable-laying vessels.
