Lake Traverse Indian Reservation Recognition Act - Recognizes the external boundaries of the Lake Traverse Indian Reservation in North and South Dakota and directs that such reservation be restored as a Federal reservation for the use and benefit of the Sisseton-Wahpeton Sioux Indian Tribe.
