Rapid Recovery of Occupational Safety and Health Expenditures Act - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to permit the amortization, over a five-year period, of property which is modified to meet safety and health standards under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.
Allows a full investment tax credit for pollution control and occupational safety and health facilities.
