Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay a certain sum to a certain individual in settlement of such individual's claims against the United States as a result of being improperly forced to resign from the Foreign Service Reserve and entitles such individual to receive retirement benefits under the Foreign Service Retirement and Disability System.
